Breakfast with Santa 8-10 am
United Presbyterian Church

Join us to meet and greet with Santa on Saturday November 25th from 8-10:00am. Families will enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by the Washington Lion's Club and have an opportunity to visit with Santa, get those Christmas lists prepared, do a series of crafts, and listen to some fun holiday stories read by St. Nick himself. Tickets are available at the door and are $6 for adults, $3 for children 3+, 3 and under are free. Main Street Washington Event


Jingle Bell Run 8-10 am

Join us at the Y’s 24/7 fitness center for a 5k walk/run that benefits HACAP & the Downtown Light Fund! Pre-register at the 24/7 YMCA (formerly Bodywrx) by 11/23 to reserve your tshirt! Please bring a canned good item to the race. Registration begins at 8 am and the race starts at 9 am. $25 & canned good to register. Proceeds will be donated to the Downtown Lighting Fund & canned goods given to HACAP.



Downtown Lighting Ceremony 7:00-7:30

Join Main Street Washington for an evening of fun and festivities as we kick off the holidays. Lights of Love Memory Trees will be illuminated and their recipients honored as we light the downtown A special guest will be joining us to Light the Square and kick off the parade. Come Celebrate summer with Main Street Washington Downtown August 2nd. There will be  the Flying Pigs Duathalon @ 8 am as well as Kids Activities, our Artisan Trade Show, Food, and Live Music from 10 am - 6 pm.

Starting at 4 pm Registration for our 21+ Bags Tournament begins in the Beer Garden and Street Stage. Bags fly at 4:30. From 7-8 pm and 8-midnight enjoy our Streetdance with headliners Stampede.

set-up information booth, tents, layout materials, signage, etc Guide Artisans to booth, greet, handout nametags to volunteers. Set up kids activities. 16 Volunteers needed
KIDS ACTIVITES Saturday Aug. 2nd
We need hands to help with organization and running of our Kids Activities! Sell tickets for all activities, instruct and operate games, observe safety of children in bounce houses and activities. *Youth Groups may participate with adult chaperones present*
Information Booth Saturday Aug. 2nd
greet visitors, provide event information, greet volunteers, etc. 10 volunteers needed (2 per shift)
Logistics Saturday Aug. 2nd
handle clean up and maintenance of park. Garbage and Recycling as well as general tasks. 5-8 volunteers
Beer Tent Saturday Aug. 2nd
ID patrons, wrist band, sell tickets, serve beverages. Must be 21+ to volunteer, 30 volunteers needed
Beer Tent Clean Up Sunday Aug. 3rd
tear down tents, fencing, signage, and carry to storage. Carry tables back into park. Clean up trash and debris & place in trash and recyling containers. 12 volunteers needed.
Return Equipment Sunday Aug. 3rd
